Agreement to Terms
By contacting CRAZIX, hiring our services, or making any payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms form a binding agreement between you (the client) and CRAZIX.
These terms apply to all clients — whether based in Pakistan or internationally — and cover all services offered by CRAZIX including web development, SEO, UI/UX design, social media management, and digital marketing.
Note: If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not proceed with any payment or project engagement. Starting a project or making a payment means you accept these terms.
Our Services
CRAZIX offers the following services. Each project is scoped, priced, and agreed upon before work begins:
- Web Development — Custom-coded websites built from scratch. No templates, no page builders.
- SEO Content Writing — Keyword-targeted blog posts, landing pages, and web copy.
- UI/UX Design — Wireframes, prototypes, and user experience design via Figma.
- Social Media Management — Content creation and scheduling for Instagram, Facebook, and more.
- Google Local Business — Google Business Profile setup, local SEO, and Google Maps optimization.
- Digital Marketing — Strategy, campaigns, and growth planning for your business.
The exact scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and price are confirmed in writing (via email or chat) before any project begins. Any work outside the agreed scope will be quoted and billed separately.
Payment Policy
All payments must be made as per the agreed schedule before work begins and before final files are delivered.
50% Advance Payment
Required before any work begins. This secures your project slot and covers initial design and development work.
Project in Progress
Work is carried out as per the agreed scope. Regular updates are shared via WhatsApp or email throughout the process.
50% Final Payment
Due upon project completion and before final files, website access, or credentials are handed over to the client.
Full Ownership Transferred
After 100% payment is received, all files, code, domain access, and project assets are delivered and fully owned by the client.
Important: Final deliverables — including website files, admin access, and design files — will only be handed over after the final 50% payment has been received in full.
Refund & Cancellation
We want every client to feel confident working with us. Our refund policy is clear and fair:
Refund Eligible
If you cancel your project within 24 hours of the project start date, a full refund of the advance payment will be issued. No questions asked.
No Refund
After the 24-hour window has passed, no refunds will be issued. Work will have already begun and resources allocated to your project.
Please Note: The 24-hour cancellation window starts from the moment we confirm your project has begun — not from the payment date. Cancellation requests must be sent via email to craftix.pk@gmail.com.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval.
- Partial refunds are not available after work has started.
- Change of mind after 24 hours does not qualify for a refund.
- Disputes must be raised within 7 days of project completion.
Revision Policy
Every project includes two (2) rounds of free revisions after initial delivery. A revision round means one set of changes submitted together — not multiple separate requests.
- Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Revisions must stay within the originally agreed project scope.
- Requests for new features or major redesigns are not considered revisions — these will be quoted separately.
- After the 2 free revisions are used, additional changes are available through our Monthly Support Plan.
Monthly Support Plan: After your free revisions are used, we offer an affordable monthly plan for ongoing edits, updates, content changes, and technical support. Ask us for details.
Project Delivery
Delivery timelines are agreed upon before the project starts. Standard web development projects are delivered within 4-7 business days. Larger or more complex projects may take longer, and this will be communicated upfront.
- Timelines begin from the date the advance payment is received and project brief is confirmed.
- Delays caused by the client (late feedback, delayed content, slow responses) may push the delivery date forward — CRAZIX will not be held responsible for such delays.
- We will always communicate if any delay is expected on our end.
- Final delivery is made after the remaining 50% payment is received.
Intellectual Property
All work created by CRAZIX remains the property of CRAZIX until full payment is received. Upon receiving the final payment, complete ownership of all deliverables — including website code, design files, content, and any associated assets — is transferred fully to the client.
- The client receives full, unrestricted ownership of the final delivered work after 100% payment.
- The client may not redistribute, resell, or claim third-party ownership of any work before payment is complete.
- Any third-party tools, fonts, or licenses used in your project remain subject to their own respective licenses.
- CRAZIX retains no ongoing rights to the delivered work after full payment and delivery.
Portfolio & Testimonials
CRAZIX reserves the right to feature completed client projects in our portfolio — including screenshots, case studies, and project descriptions — for marketing and promotional purposes.
Permission-Based: We will always ask for your permission before featuring your project or business name publicly. If you prefer to remain confidential, simply let us know and your project will never be publicly shared.
- Testimonials may be requested after project completion — entirely optional.
- Testimonials will only be published with your explicit written consent.
- You may request removal of your project from our portfolio at any time via email.
Client Responsibilities
A smooth project requires cooperation from both sides. As a client, you agree to:
- Provide all required content, assets, and information on time.
- Respond to feedback requests within a reasonable timeframe.
- Not request work that is illegal, unethical, or violates any third-party rights.
- Provide accurate business information and not misrepresent your business to CRAZIX.
- Treat all team members with respect. CRAZIX reserves the right to end any engagement due to abusive or disrespectful behaviour, with no refund.
Disputes & Resolution
We always aim to resolve any concerns quickly and fairly. If you have an issue with any aspect of your project or service, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email at craftix.pk@gmail.com within 7 days of the issue arising.
- Clearly describe the concern and what resolution you are seeking.
- We will respond within 2 business days and work toward a fair resolution.
- If the matter cannot be resolved by email, both parties agree to attempt mediation before any formal action.
Chargebacks: Filing an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us will result in immediate project termination and permanent ban from future services. We take payment disputes seriously.
